- You are not optimizing your digestion Digestion is the body’s number 1 healing priority. If we cannot break down and absorb nutrients, we will never be healthy. And no, taking probiotics is not enough.
- You are only focused on your diet and not your lifestyle Sleep, circadian rhythm, when you eat, movement, stress reduction, sun exposure, hermetic stressors, supporting detox pathways, mindset, community, spirituality, positivity, these are all key agents for treatment.
- You spend too much time stressed Being in a sympathetic state will hinder digestion, hormone balance, weight loss, healing and more. We need to enter a parasympathetic state more often.
- Eat food sensitivities or inflammatory foods When you eat foods you are sensitive to, it means your body is reacting with inflammation. Inflammation in the gut doesn’t stay in the gut. Not only does it block nutrient absorption, but inflammation travels throughout your body through your bloodstream.
