Surveillance video obtained by police shows a man running “aggressively” toward Fletcher before forcing her into the passenger side of a black 2013 GMC Terrain at 4:20 a.m., according to a complaint affidavit obtained by Daily Mail. The two struggled and the car sat in the parking lot for four minutes with Fletcher inside before he saw the SUV drive away.

Officers found a suspect’s DNA on a pair of slides left in the parking lot, along with Fletcher’s cell phone and water bottle. Authorities were able to trace the vehicle back to Cleotha Abston, 38, charging him with aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence. Fletcher remains missing. Abston is reportedly refusing to cooperate with police.

The suspect’s brother, Mario Abston, was also arrested on drug and firearms charges during the investigation — but is not believed to be connected to the kidnapping, Memphis police said in a statement.
