Motorists are reporting a vehicle fire on Highway 97C Monday afternoon. Drivers report a vehicle on fire westbound on Highway 97C near West Kelowna. A passerby told Castanet News that the vehicle appeared to be engulfed in flames around 7:20 Monday afternoon. A motorist said they saw a police vehicle that appeared to be heading to the scene, but no other responders had arrived when they passed.
