The 28-year-old pop star announced in a Tuesday post on his Instagram that he’s faced exhaustion trying to get back on tour and that the effort is “taking a toll on me.” “I realized I have to prioritize my health now,” she wrote. “Well, I’m going to take a break from touring for now.” I’ll be fine, but I need time to rest and get better. Earlier this summer, Bieber canceled a string of concerts in New York, Washington, DC and Toronto and revealed that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a rare neurological condition. The singer shared a video showing how the virus had paralyzed half of his face. “It’s from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and the nerves in my face and has caused paralysis in my face,” he said at the time. “As you can see, that eye won’t blink. I can’t smile on that side of my face. That nostril won’t budge.” After a few weeks of rest, Bieber tried to return to tour Europe, but said his body couldn’t handle the physical demands of the show. “I’ll be fine,” he adds, “but I need time to rest and get better.” In total, 70 Justice World Tour dates have been canceled until March next year. Bieber was to tour Europe and Asia, as well as South America and Australia. Subscribe Now: Get smarter about your money and your career with our weekly newsletter
