Shocking CCTV footage shows the teenager violently dragging the mother along the concrete path by her hair after the brazen attack. Western Australian Police have released CCTV footage of the attack to try to piece together what happened. Footage before the attack shows a teenager riding a scooter down the street behind another young girl. Police confirmed that the second girl was also arrested as part of the early investigation but has not been charged in connection with the attack. The mum, who is five months pregnant with her third child, escaped with minor cuts and bruises. However, police became concerned because the woman landed on her stomach.
