Her body was dumped in Memphis. THE ASSOCIATED PRESS Cleotha Abston, 38, has been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree murder for kidnapping. Memphis homicide detectives say Fletcher – a mother of two young children – was found around 5:07 Monday afternoon. By that time, investigators already had Abston in custody on a kidnapping charge. The accused killer previously spent 20 years in prison for a previous violent kidnapping. Officers say he refused to release Fletcher’s tracks after his arrest on Saturday.
